Schedule: Monday Thursday, 6:00am 4:30pm; Friday, 6:00am 3:30pm

Responsibilities:
- Apply mechanical knowledge to complete both routine and complex assembly tasks
- Use power and hand tools to build and repair electro-mechanical components
- Follow moderate to complex drawings and work instructions for sub and high-level builds
- Perform troubleshooting on electro-mechanical systems, collaborating with internal teams for root cause and corrective action
- Perform soldering, crimping, wiring, and cable assembly according to standards
- Validate product performance and quality using specialized test equipment
- Support a continuous improvement culture through Lean initiatives
- Build 1st article assemblies to IPC standards and best practices
- Achieve and maintain IPC certifications (J-STD-001 and 620)
- Assist in peer training and skill development for junior assemblers
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and manual work
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs unassisted and occasionally up to 100lbs with assistance
- Regular use of hands and arms to manipulate tools and components
- Visual acuity for close work, color recognition, and depth perception
- May work around electrical components, hazardous materials, and varying noise levels
- Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled environment, with occasional exposure to warehouse settings
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of mechanical/electro-mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow detailed technical drawings and work instructions
- Competence with hand tools and basic electronics assembly tools (e.g., torque wrenches, ESD systems)
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical rework skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to meet production and attendance expectations
