Title: HR Administrator
Location: North Wales, PA (Hybrid- 3 days on-site)

Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: $25 and up depending on experience
Employment Type: 6- month contract with potential to go perm

Job Scope:
The Human Resources (HR) Administrator provides support for our client s Human Resources department. The HR Administrator will facilitate and guide processes for Human Resources. The primary responsibility of this position will be to serve as the first point of contact for HR administrative matters and support benefits administration for North America.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide administrative support for the HR department.
- Triage HR and benefit related questions and escalate as needed to appropriate HR team member.
- Handle daily administrative tasks related to benefit programs.
- Present benefits at new hire orientation; support new hire benefit enrollments and the annual open enrollment process.
- Guide employees through leave of absences, monitor leaves, and coordinate return to work.
- Handle billing and invoicing for the HR Department; inclusive of matching gifts, tuition assistance, and Medicare Supplement program.
- Maintain and distribute HR communication for the department through company s various communication channels.
- Assist in HR projects as requested by the HR team.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, with some college or bachelor s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of human resources experience required, with experience within benefits and leave administrator preferred.
- Prior experience within the manufacturing industry strongly preferred.
- Understanding of employment law and best practices as it relates to discrimination and other regulations that intersect with risk mitigation within human resources.
- Strong computer skills, with knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams required.
- The ability to proactively identify and solve problems using technical experience and judgement as a guide.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate closely with key stakeholders.
- This role operates in a professional office environment onsite at a manufacturing facility and is required to be onsite at our client s West Point, PA facility on a hybrid basis up to 3 days per week; Mondays being a required onsite day to support orientation.
- Working remotely from a home office will be facilitated when applicable and is at the manager s discretion.
