About the Role:
We re looking for a highly capable HR Operations Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and brings both precision and analytical thinking to HR operations. This is not a traditional administrative role this is an opportunity to be the operational backbone of the HR function, ensuring accuracy, and elevating the employee experience across the full lifecycle.
You ll partner closely with HR leadership internal stakeholders to deliver flawless execution, maintain audit-ready records, and turn data into meaningful insights that influence decisions. What You ll Do
Employee Lifecycle Operations (End-to-End Ownership)
- Coordinate and execute all onboarding activities
- Day 1 readiness and logistics
- Ensure all compliance documentation is completed accurately and on time
- Track onboarding completion and continuously improve onboarding processes
- Process and track employee changes including job, compensation, department, and shift updates
- Coordinate offboarding activities with accuracy and professionalism
- Provide timely, high-quality support to employee inquiries related to policies, pay, and employment records
- Maintain accurate, compliant, and audit-ready employee records across systems
- Ensure all documentation meets internal standards and regulatory requirements
- Execute HR transactions with a high level of detail and accountability
- Support internal and external audits with confidence and organization
- Support Payroll & Timekeeping Accuracy
- Partner with payroll to ensure data accuracy and timely processing
- Review timekeeping data, identify discrepancies, and drive resolution
- Assist employees and leaders with payroll-related questions and issues
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards (headcount, attrition, workforce trends)
- Analyze data to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities
- Ensure data integrity across all systems and reporting
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, coordination, or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong experience supporting the employee lifecycle (onboarding through offboarding)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, formulas, reporting)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint (professional documentation and presentations)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently across all levels
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- You re naturally analytical and enjoy working with data
