Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote IT support for workstations, phones, and related hardware/software.
- Diagnose and resolve technical incidents involving computers, networks, messaging, or telephony.
- Perform installations, updates, and configuration of PCs, peripherals, and networked equipment.
- Support user onboarding, perform acceptance testing, and ensure equipment compliance with security and configuration standards.
- Track and document incidents, requests, and resolutions to maintain accurate service records.
- Manage computer assets and maintain the equipment inventory database.
- Assist with hardware movements, upgrades, and deployments.
- Support local and remote users with day-to-day technical needs and system training.
- Conduct visual checks and assist with maintenance in data centers when needed.
- Collaborate with global IT and engineering teams to ensure consistent, secure system performance.
- Contribute to safety initiatives and promote a strong health, safety, and environmental culture.
- May occasionally work evening or extended hours during system upgrades or project deadlines.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; currently pursuing or recently completed an Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- Certifications such as ITIL V3, CompTIA+, or Cisco Networking a plus.
- Entry-level experience providing IT support or help desk assistance.
- Familiarity with Windows 10, Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM, and Nexthink.
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP, UDP, Routing, Firewalls, Proxy, ADSL).
- Working knowledge of desktop security, encryption, and antivirus tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (2016 or newer).
- Strong communication and customer service skills; able to work independently and manage priorities.
- Quick learner with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Comfortable working with remote teams and adapting to an international business environment.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required (ITAR compliance).
