Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing quotes and orders
- Customer assistance by phone and email with both sales representatives and customers
- Other administrative tasks relating to the sales process, as required Supports, communicates, reinforces and defends the mission, values and culture of the organization
- Adheres to all quality and safety standards
- Supports other projects and performs duties as assigned
- High School diploma, or equivalent; Minimum one year of post-high school training
- Minimum two years experience in customer service
- Must be able to speak, read and understand English
- Must be able to practice confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of mail processes such as Federal Express and UPS
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work a varied schedule, willing to work overtime when necessary
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with customers, vendors, employees and managers at all levels within the company
- Possesses strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in standard business software packages (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Experience in computer based timekeeping systems preferred
