Inventory Materials Assistant
Salary: Up to $24/hr
Location: Swedesboro, N.J
Industry: Government/Defense
Employment Type: 6-month contract with potential for permanent employment
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of warehousing, material control, and material management experience
- Must be Forklift Certified
- Knowledge of how to prepare inventory records and reports and investigate discrepancies in stock counts.
- Will compile records concerned with quantity, cost, and type of material received, in stock, or issued.
- Responsible for needed supplies; verifies material received to determine irregularities in order;
- Oversees inspecting articles and rejecting defective ones.
