- Employment Type: 3-6 Month Contract possible to extend or direct offer
Job Scope:
- Responsible to perform CIP cleaning in the kitchen area.
- Assist in all aspects of our processes
- Cooking, packaging, shipping, all while being very attentive to quality control
- Verify that product is also running out of the kitchen and into the batch roller via the belt.
- Verify that batch records are completed on time.
- Clean Equipment
- Verify no chews are coming that are not wrapped properly and that each box is filled to specification.
- Verify that piece wrap is loaded onto machine properly and does not run out.
- Create boxes and fill with plastic liner.
- Clean and sanitize parts from the ACMA and rope sizer according to the cleaning process associated with the equipment.
- Help with the cleaning process inside the room once finished with your area to eliminate unnecessary downtime.
- Monitor and adjust batch roller to ensure proper product flow.
- Monitor and adjust rope sizer to ensure proper product flow and weights/size.
- Perform and complete start-up checklist
Education/Skills Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree, (GED)
- Operating machine knowledge is a plus.
- Warehouse experience.
- Knowledge about material consumption, return; Knowledge about SOP, SSOP, GMP, PPE.
