Job Summary:
The Manager of Laboratory Production will oversee the daily operations of our laboratory manufacturing departments. This role requires a blend of leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead laboratory manufacturing departments to meet production goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and project timelines.
  • Monitor and optimize production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Quality Assurance teams to implement new products and processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to staff.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of production activities.
  • Address and resolve any issues related to equipment, processes, or personnel.
  • Bachelor s degree in Biology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong understanding of laboratory procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in laboratory information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
