  • Hours: FRI-SUN 6AM - 6PM
  • Salary: up to $22.50/hr (Paid Weekly - Benefits Available)
  • Employment Type: 6 month Contract (Potential for extension)
Environment: This client manufactures thousands of pharmaceutical, biologic, consumer health and beauty products utilizing superior and innovative drug delivery technologies to improve their value to patients and consumers. Position Role:
  • Scribing/Capturing/verifying (both manually and electronically) inputs, recipes & values essential for maintaining equipment operation, maintenance and sanitation at the required frequency.
  • Completes all required Batch Production Record (BPR) information.
  • Must respond urgently and mindfully to malfunctions that occur with the Mogul equipment and escalate in accordance with the escalation protocol.
  • Use of Scale and Basic Math/standard to metric conversion
  • Raw Material verification
  • Raw material pre-weighing
  • Promptly reports to Production Supervisor and designated Production Worker Lead/Foreperson all equipment malfunctions, as well as process and product quality deviations as they occur.
  • Clean Mogul equipment and required areas to company standard daily.
  • Observe and follow all safety procedures.
  • Comply with all PPE requirements.
  • Observe and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/cGMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Food Safety Plan (HACCP), and Food Quality Plan (FQP).
  • Responsible for producing high quality product in each step of production.
  • Accurately record raw material usage and other relevant information on daily Mogul reports.

Qualifications:
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability generally required.

    BATCH MAKING:(PREFERRED): 6 months - Batch making experience.
    MANIFACTURING: Experience preferred.
    QUALITY:(PREFERRED) Six Sigma, 5S, LEAN manufacturing, GMP/GDP experience.
    EDUCATION: High school diploma or general education degree, (GED).
    LANGUAGE ABILITY: Ability to read and interpret company documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively to other employees of the organization.
    MATH ABILITY: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, standard to metric conversion, Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
    REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
    TECHNICAL SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual should possess knowledge of basic computer programming and mechanical functioning.
