Manufacturing Operator

Location: Quakertown, PA
Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
Schedule: Day Shift: Monday Friday 7am 3pm
Night Shift Monday Thursday 5pm 5am
Pay: Day Shift - $21/hr. Night Shift -$23.10/hr.
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire


As a Manufacturing Operator, you will play a key role in delivering safe, compliant, and high-quality products within an FDA-regulated, cGMP-compliant environment. You will operate specialized equipment, ensure strict adherence to manufacturing protocols, and contri1bute to processes that directly impact patient health worldwide.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate assigned processing system to meet customer & regulatory requirements.
  • Observe and monitor general conditions in an assigned processing system.
  • Understand and follow all safety protocols.
  • Maintain an assigned processing system in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Perform equipment cleaning activities.
  • Label finished product containers and sample containers.
  • Maintain accurate production and environmental records.
  • Inspect & document raw material information.
  • Place pallets of finished product in the warehouse.
  • Adhere to PPE requirements outlined in Microsize SOPs (respirator system, nitrile gloves, etc.)
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude; forklift operation experience a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and safety practices
  • Ability to lift/move materials frequently and perform physically demanding tasks
