Salary: Up to $72/hr.
Location: Grand Prairie, TX (50% hybrid)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree from an accredited college in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• Proficiency with CREO (Pro/Engineer) is required
• Candidate must have ProE CREO experience and knowledge of Windchill Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tool navigation
• Experience with developing and interpreting GD&T in accordance with ASME Y14.5 is required
• Experience with PTC Windchill is required
• Basic Microsoft Office skills is required
• Ability to obtain Secret Clearance

• Support the development of and to establish design concepts of mechanisms and structures.
• Conducting trade studies, solid modeling, and conducting preliminary analysis in support of developing solutions to technical problems of varying complexity while assuring sound technical content which supports timely closure that supports the project s milestones.
• Generate and release drawings using CAD software.
• Conceptual and detailed mechanical design, tolerance analyses, and performing trade studies.
• 2D and 3D engineering documentation creation and initial release, as well as coordination with other engineering and production disciplines for change notices and drawing revisions for producibility and affordability improvements.
• Candidate will be working in the Advanced Programs area in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Support of system and subassembly level test planning and execution, production nonconformance MRB disposition, coordination and support for outside suppliers, and presentations at IPT meetings, PDRs, CDRs, DARs, and other internal and external customer reviews.
