Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, suppliers, and internal teams within the assigned territory.
- Market Expansion: Identify new sales opportunities, driving growth within the assigned region.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to both new and existing customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Reporting: Track sales performance, customer interactions, and market trends, providing regular updates to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and deliver solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and healthcare credentialing processes as required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Prior experience in respiratory or medical sales is highly preferred, but not required.
- Leadership experience in other fields is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of sales success.
- Strong desire to work in a performance-driven environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), email, and internet research.
- Comfortable using office equipment (fax machine, copier, printer, phone, and computer/tablet).
- Ability to lift and carry office equipment as needed.
- Must be able to sit, walk, stand, talk, and listen for extended periods.
- Close vision required for reading small print on computers, tablets, and documents.
- Background investigation (company-wide).
- Drug screen (when applicable).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (when applicable).
- Compliance with healthcare facility credentialing process (if required).
