Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, setting the standard for excellence!
• Build and nurture relationships with key referral sources and maintain important accounts.
• Conduct engaging in-service training for staff to elevate skills and improve service.
• Ensure accurate inventory and procurement management to keep operations running smoothly.
• Develop a top-notch CSR team, strengthening telemarketing skills and enhancing customer service.
• Stay ahead of industry changes by keeping current on Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance regulations.
• Create growth opportunities by mentoring staff to move into management roles.
• Implement and maintain a cutting-edge quality improvement program.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring company compliance with industry laws and regulations.
• Manage and monitor marketing, operational expenses, and accounts receivable to meet and exceed goals.

What We re Looking For:

• Someone who has a passion for leading a team, improving service, and ensuring high standards.
• Proven experience in managing inventory, recruitment, and working closely with billing departments.
• Experience in healthcare, medical equipment, or medical billing is a huge plus
• Bachelor s Degree in Business or related or equivalent experience in HME, Home Health Industry, or Business
• Experience with medical equipment, preferred
• Experience with medical billing practices and of billing reimbursement, preferred
• Experience in medical field and administrative record management, preferred
• Medical terminology, preferred
