Overview:

Seeking a results-driven Medical Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, staff development, and regulatory compliance in a healthcare setting. Ideal candidate will have strong leadership, administrative, and customer service skills, with experience in healthcare or medical equipment services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee branch operations, staff performance, and customer service standards
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, JCAHO)
• Manage inventory, procurement, and documentation accuracy (CMNs, billing, etc.)
• Develop and evaluate team members, including identifying future management talent
• Maintain relationships with referral sources and conduct in-service training sessions
• Monitor A/R aging, budgets, and operational expenses
• Collaborate with corporate departments and participate in local/regional meetings
• May require driving, making deliveries, and rotating on-call support

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 4+ years of related experience in healthcare, home health, or HME industry preferred
• Familiarity with medical billing and insurance reimbursement practices
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver s license with clean driving record (if applicable)
• Background check and drug screen (as required)
• Ability to lift, sit, walk, and use computers for extended periods
