Military Operations Recruiter
Salary: Up to $51/hr.
Location: Fort Belvoir, VA
Industry: Government/Defense
Employment Type: Long-term contract with potential for permanent employment
Clearance: Active TS/SCI
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma with 6+ years of relevant experience
- Prior Recruiting Command experience at the CMD or actual recruiter level (preferably Army) REQUIRED
- Very well experienced in multiple MS Office systems
- Prior experience in the recruiting process and if no SOF experience, adaptable enough to learn our process
- Willingness to either move or commute as needed to support the NCR/DC area
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at any given time
- Prior SOF and/or SOF recruiting experience highly desired
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Identify and manage internal and external all-source Military Operations, including both analytical and collection requirements from across the Military Operations community.
- May work alone or with DoD civilians and military personnel.
- Performs a variety of recruiting activities.
