Salary: Up to $60/hr.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree or higher education preferred.
- 8-10 years of solid planning / scheduling experience Hands-on experience with planning tools (i.e. Open Plan, Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.).
- Experience with critical path, path-to and float analysis.
- Demonstrated experience planning major programs from concept through delivery.
- Experience Leading a Proposal.
- Ability to obtain and hold a TS/SCI clearance.
- Prepares and coordinates the creation, modeling and re-engineering of the Integrated Master Schedule for new or existing programs.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Business Operations, and Program Management while working within the planning team to translate authorized customer requirements into a performance measurement baseline.
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive progress and performance, monitor changes and status, and facilitate communication between partners.
- Assist in negotiating hand-offs between product areas regarding technical content and schedules as well as facilitating workaround planning as required.
- Serve as a liaison by maintaining, publishing, and presenting relevant planning and scheduling information and metrics to provide visibility and communicate potential issues to management and engineering.
- Prepare Reports or collaborate on Creating Custom schedule related Reports.
