SATCOM AEHF Engineer

Salary: Up to $160k/yr.

Clearance: Active TS with SCI eligibility

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in engineering, electronics, technology, or related discipline
• 15 years of technical SATCOM experience
• 5 years of experience in AEHF engineering or operations

Duties:

• Provides expert consultation in one or more areas for the generation, integration, test and implementation of technical Advanced Extremely High Frequency (AEHF) products, systems, and services.
• Recognized as technical leader and resource.
• Recommends alterations and enhancements to improve quality of products and/or procedures.
• Responsible for all internal activities and products.
• Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Will provide consultation on complex projects and is considered the top-level contributor/specialist.
• Will report to an executive or a manager.
• Travel to Australia, Canada, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom is required.
