Residential Sales Associate
SRG offers flexible staffing solutions with a national presence. We provide contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire, and executive search services. SRG utilizes an innovative approach to identify and qualify talent that is unique to the Staffing industry, featuring a cutting-edge platform that allows us to match professionals rapidly and precisely to client requirements. We have a proprietary database of over one million candidates and maintain continuous contact with our qualified talent.
Title: Sales Associate
Location: Amarillo, TX
Industry: Internet and Wi-Fi
Salary: $22,000 with $1,000 sign on bonus
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm
Employment Type: Contract to hire = potential for permanent consideration (permanent placements are base + commission with average compensation of 62-65k and 90k-125k for Senior Sales)

- Grow the residential customer base.
- Present innovative telecom solutions to new customers.
- Develop and create a compelling sales pitch.
- Close sales and complete customer paperwork.
- Provide high level customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Sales experience preferred with engaging interpersonal skills (experience not required willing to train the right people)
- Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Integrity, accountability, and a willingness to work flexible hours.
- Valid driver s license and reliable personal vehicle.
- High school diploma or equivalent
