Salary: $80-85k/yr. plus a Bonus and Commission plan

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

Employment Type: Direct Hire


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using strong persuasive skills to existing and prospective customers.
  • Demonstrate regular prospecting.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and addressing any concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Describe the process E.G MEDDPICC or BMANTR.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Track and report sales metrics and performance data to management, providing insights on client needs and sales strategy.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote products/services and identify potential leads.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3- 5 years experience in sales environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience with the sales process or methodology, such as Miller Heiman, Strategic Selling, or Challenger.
  • Able to show history of revenue brought in.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients or attend industry events.
  • Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric mindset.
