As a Sales Representative, you ll be a vital part of our growth strategy, driving profitability and forging powerful connections within the Department of Defense industry. Your Mission:
  • Strategize and Conquer: Develop and implement strategic business plans that align with our revenue goals and accelerate your professional growth.
  • Lead the Charge: Generate and close leads like a pro, tracking your success and adapting strategies to stay ahead.
  • Own Your Success: Take full ownership of your strategic revenue goals and consistently surpass expectations.
  • Build Relationships: Engage in face-to-face meetings with new and existing customers to boost sales and enhance our market presence.
  • Negotiate and Win: Craft effective negotiation strategies to close deals, secure contracts, and work closely with program managers.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep a keen eye on market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Report and Reflect: Provide regular updates to leadership with detailed reports and strategic insights.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Experience: 4+ years of proven sales success in the Federal Government Market is preferred. Experience in IT services or product sales is a plus!
  • Required: Valid driver s license and access to a vehicle for travel.
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Drive: An intrinsic motivation to achieve unlimited income potential. You re ready to hustle and excel!
  • Road Warrior Spirit: Be prepared for up to 50% travel to build relationships, close deals, and explore new territories.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to build and manage sales pipelines effectively.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Sales CRM (Salesforce preferred).
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding ability to communicate, persuade, and influence with confidence and clarity.
  • Credibility: A strong track record of building trust and credibility with clients.
