Summary: The Senior Engineer will lead and participate in multiple team environments as well as provide independent efforts to all aspects of system integration including design, needs analysis, design review, testing, implementation, and validation. The Senior Engineer will be located at a government location and will provide on-site support for Government NOC Monday through Friday from 6am to 12pm.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent education and experience
• 3-7+ years of related experience
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
• Must be a self-starter, speak well, and handle pressure well
• Must have a current driver s license
• PMP Certification is a plus
• Must have an active TS/SCI clearance

Responsibilities:

• Provide necessary coordination, support and technical assistance to the Customer NOC to enable situational awareness of all customer services within Company.
• Serve as the interface between Company and Government POC regarding planned and unplanned maintenance events, incident response by identifying which Company transport circuits are impacted by an event.
• Attend daily Government meetings and provide information on maintenance activities and impact on the Government Network
• Provide NOC support to apply Company transport expertise to ensure trouble ticket accuracy.
• Develop strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to enhance teamwork, trust and transparency.
• Experience in analyzing problems to determine root cause and implementation of corrective actions is required.
• Must be able to provide accurate written and verbal communication.
• Ability to provide the proactive status of assigned work, ability to estimate the level of effort for future work and accomplish tasks with minimal guidance.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills with the ability to work in collaborative environment.
