Position Overview:
Supports Procurement activities within CHESS Procurement system to include the set up and build out of the system, writing RFP s and source sought in the system.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and Build out CHESS Procurement system
- Write RFP s and source sought items within CHESS
- Manage all activities within CHESS
- Develop and maintain relationships with costumers including the likes of Cisco, Juniper, WWT, and Wild Flower
- SME level experience with CHESS Procurement system
- Knowledge of FAR/DFAR regulations
- Knowledge of ITAR and EAR regulations
- Experience leading major procurement efforts in a Department of Defense (DOD) contracting environment.
- Experience in buying across various commodities (electronics, IT equipment, cables, PPE, audio visual equipment)
