Simulation Engineer

Salary: $74.80/hr.

Location: Orlando, FL (fully onsite)

Schedule: 4/10 M-TH, 1st Shift

Clearance: Active Top Secret or Active Secret with ability to obtain TS

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree In Relevant STEM Discipline (Electrical/Computer/Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering), or Computer Science
• 3+ Years of experience in design, development, and testing of Hardware-In-The-Loop simulation environments
• 3+ Years of C++ programming experience
• 2+ Years of low-level driver programming experience
• 2+ Years of hardware/software integration
• 2+ Years of experience in electrical and data interface design
• 2+ Years of Perl programming experience
• 2+ Years of Python programming experience
• 2+ Years of Matlab programming experience
• Knowledge of guidance, navigation and control subsystems in aerospace vehicles
• Experience documenting simulation environments

Desired Qualifications:

• C++ Programming Experience In Embedded Systems
• Ada Programming Experience In Embedded Systems
• Experience in Agile software development
• Experience using version control systems such as git

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting a missile program simulation and performance analysis team
• Design of HWIL subsystems including electrical diagrams
• Design of low level drivers for different components to transmit power, data, discrete, and analog signals
• Design of simulation interfaces in C++
• Creation and modification of HIL analysis tools using Perl, Python, and Matlab
• Creation of Simulation Description Documents (SDDs) and Analysis Documents (ANAs)
• Support algorithm development and performance analysis groups in system verification activities.
