Logistics Coordinator
Salary: $22-$24/hr DOE

Requirements:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience
- Experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Must be able to work in a self-directed atmosphere and be able to work in a team environment interfacing with internal and external associates.
- Must be able to solve problems of routine to moderate scope referring all other problems to more experienced staff or to the department supervisor or manager.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds unassisted (70 pounds in a team lift)
- Comfortable working in confined spaces
- Must be a US Citizen
Responsibilities:
- Maintain electronic inventory records using eQuip, Indysoft or other systems, as well as tool calibration records, for all tools issued and returned from the Production floor.
- Attend to the receiving, handling, storing, issuing and delivery of perishable tooling, fixtures, gages, and tooling.
- Convey materials from storage or work sites to designated area, using hand truck, electric dolly, cart, or other device.
- Attach identifying tags or labels to materials or mark information on cases, bales, or other containers.
- Remove samples of materials, labels with identifying information, and take samples to laboratory for analysis.
- May occasionally operate industrial truck or electric hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products.
- Monitor items requiring calibration and recall from the floor.
- Maintain a clean inventory stockroom and perform inventory.
- Perform liquid and filter replacement as required in the lab.
- Provide quality customer service to the customer floor.
- Suggest items of equipment that need reorder or higher stock on-hand levels.
- Actively deploy property procedures and policies in maintaining government approved business systems that are fully compliant with government, customer, and contractual requirements, as well as pertinent aerospace policies and procedures.
- Actively build relationships and depth of knowledge within the customer production communities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
