Training and Development Specialist
Salary: $34 - $40/hr
Location: 1st Shift, Monday - Thursday
Industry: Government/Defense
Employment Type: Long-term contract with potential for permanent employment

Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree
- 3+ years experience working in a training/development position as IPC / NASA instructor
- Prior experience in a similar instructional role within electronics manufacturing is highly desirable
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in IPC or NASA standards
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage with personnel at all levels, providing clear and effective instruction
- Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and certification requirements
Responsibilities:
- Deliver industry-standard Manufacturing Skill Certification courses to LM personnel at various levels.
- Maintain detailed records of course delivery, ensuring all data is accurately tracked and managed within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Provide expert instruction in accordance with IPC and/or NASA standards, leveraging previous or current certification as an IPC or NASA Instructor.
- Collaborate with the training and development team to continuously improve course content and delivery methods.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create, manage, and report on instructional materials and course data.
- Ensure all instructional activities align with industry standards and organizational goals.
