Employee must be able to support a root cause analysis and provide details with problem solving skills.</li><li><strong>Proper use of equipment to support role:</strong> must possess fundamental knowledge and skills in operating heavy equipment, primarily PIT equipment/forklifts. This includes understanding the operational mechanics, safety procedures, and maintenance practices associated with such machinery.
